By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER INSPECTION

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 business days from the delivery date.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claim rejection.

2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

We will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is verified and caused by us, including:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors (blurred, misaligned, incorrect placement)

  • Wrong product, size, color, or quantity shipped

  • Item significantly different from website description

  • Damage during shipping (with proof)

  • Missing items in your order

3. REQUIRED EVIDENCE FOR CLAIMS

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Photo of size tag (if size-related claim)

  • Photo of full product (front and back)

  • Photo of original shipping label

  • Full delivery address

Incomplete claims may delay processing.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, design, or color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products used, washed, or altered

  • Items without original packaging and tags

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Claims submitted after 7 business days

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

If the return is due to customer error (wrong selection or change of mind):

  • Customer must pay return shipping cost

  • Refund (if approved) will not exceed 80% of product value

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Glaxycustom:

  • We will resend a replacement at no additional cost
    OR

  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping fee)

In most cases, you will NOT be required to return the defective product.

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: up to 14 business days after approval

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
